A MAN went to hospital after suffering a head injury in the street - but has no recollection of how he got it.
Police interviewed him in Worthing Hospital and want to speak to the driver of a white car or van that was at the scene.
The 39-year-old local man was taken to hospital following the incident in North Street, Worthing, at 1.10am on Sunday.
It has not yet been established how he sustained the injury, which was not serious. Police have not ruled out that he may have been hit by a vehicle.
A white car or van, possibly a minibus, was seen at the location at the time of the incident but did not stop.
Police want to speak to the driver of the vehicle along with any other witnesses.
