Actor Ken Campbell premieres his new one-man show, Hyphenator.
Known for his various celluloid roles in Fawlty Towers, A Fish Called Wanda and Channel 4 documentaries about the brain, Ken has also directed The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the world's longest play (The Warp), and toured the globe performing comedy monologues.
His new show, on the theme of animals, has earned a reputation as being Campbell's finest performance to date, and promises an array of madcap stories, dark humour and philosophy.
Campbell appears as part of The Catalyst Club's new series of events at the Joogleberry Playhouse - including performance, debate, conversation and Q&As with renowned writers, philosophers, artists, comedians and scientists.
The Club's next speaker is Tom Hodgkinson, founder of the Idler Magazine, Crap Towns, and best-selling author of How to be Idle and How to be Free. He makes his Brighton debut on May 24.
