SUSSEX stars Katie Price and Natasha Kaplinsky have donned their favourite denim to model a new t-shirt for charity.
They are among a host of celebrities backing this year’s Jeans for Genes Day in September, which raises money to help children affected by some of the most serious and life-threatening genetic disorders.
The limited edition fashion t-shirt which boasts a hand drawn design and the ‘Jeans for Genes’ strapline was designed by Edinburgh College of Art illustration student Elle McKee and costs £20.
It is estimated one in 25 children is affected by a genetic disorder and 30,000 babies and children are newly diagnosed in the UK each year.
Brighton-born former model Katie, who now lives near Horsham, and TV presenter Natasha, who is from near Lewes, are urging people to buy one of the t-shirts and wear them on the day to help boost awareness and funds.
Go to www.jeansforgenes.org to find out more about the campaign and buy one of the t-shirts.
