A MAN wearing a Tottenham Hotspur jacket and a backpack indecently exposed himself outside an opticians.
Between 7.45am and 8am on Wednesday a man was seen to be indecently exposing himself outside Specsavers in Terminus Road, Eastbourne, while members of public were walking past.
He was also seen approaching women.
The man is described as white, in his mid-30's, with short dark greying hair, 5'8" and of medium build.
PC Cat Maddock said; "We are appealing for witnesses who saw this man, and for any of the women who were approached to come forward.
"If you can assist, please contact us via 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101, quoting serial 195 of 30/09."
A 34-year old Eastbourne has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency and has been released on conditional bail until 11 October while enquiries continue.
