Tomer Hemed is fit for Cardiff's visit tomorrow after hamstring trouble
Albion pair Beram Kayal and Tomer Hemed are set to be named again in the Israel squad when it is announced on Sunday.
The midfielder and fit-again striker featured in their country's last outing, a 0-0 draw in Wales.
Israel face Cyprus at home a week tomorrow and Belgium away three days later.
They are scrapping with Bosnia and Herzegovina to finish in third spot behind Wales and Belgium in order to qualify from their group for the play-offs for next summer's Euro finals in France.
