RADIO presenter Neil Fox has has appeared in court charged with six new historical child sex offences - taking the number of his alleged victims to nine.

The latest court appearance follows the 54 year-old's denial of seven counts of indecent assaults in April and the DJ again entered not guilty pleas to the latest allegations today.

Metropolitan Police officers raided the East Preston holiday home of the DJ in September last year as they investigated the first allegations against Mr Fox.

Six additional counts of indecent assault relating to three different girls aged under 16 in 1987 and 1988 were put to him at Westminster Magistrates' Court.

Dressed in a blue suit, white shirt and striped tie, he spoke only to confirm his identity and plead not guilty to the new charges.

Previous charges accuse Fox of forcing himself on girls as young as 13 by sexually touching or forcing his tongue into their mouths.

The incidents are alleged to have taken place at Capital Radio's studios in London's Leicester Square, a motor show in Bromley and at Chessington World of Adventures.

Fox was released on bail on the condition of no contact with any of the complainants.

He is due to stand trial on the original charges at magistrates court on November 5 while another legal hearing on October 6 will determine where the trial for the new alleged offences will take place.
