A BRIGHTON seafood restaurant will represent the South East alongside the nation’s best in a charity cookbook.
The Grand Brighton’s GB1 seafood restaurant has been picked to feature in the second Great British Cookbook, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and Hospitality Action.
The book features recipes created by chefs at 200 of the country’s top restaurants, using local produce.
GB1 executive chef Alan White said he was “delighted” adding: “This opportunity allows us to showcase the culinary delights that both GB1 and the south coast have to offer, as well as supporting two very worth charities."
