AT first glance it looks like any other of the thousands of replicas of Jack Vettriano's famous The Singing Butler.
But take a closer look and you will notice a local twist.
Brighton artist Terry Horton's alternative version of the 1992 painting replaces the damp Fife beach with a damp Brighton beach.
In the foreground are the distinctive light green seafront railings while in the background is the skeleton of the West Pier.
The original, by Scottish artist Jack Vettriano, sold at auction in 2004 for £744,800.
It depicts a couple dancing on a damp beach on the coast of Fife with a maid and a man holding up umbrellas.
