A restaurant owner was shocked to find that a pack of marker pens was sent to him in a box the size of a suitcase.
John Redfearn, of Shake-n-Burger, Albion Street, Southwick, thought he had received a present in the post and was disappointed to find that it contained just a box of pens.
He said: "I couldn't believe it when it first arrived.
"It is unbelievable that they can send such a large box when everybody is trying to recycle and protect the environment.
"The next day I received two chairs in the post and they were just wrapped in bubble wrap."
