Police are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery in Hove.
At about 10.30pm on Tuesday (February 9), a man brandishing a handgun walked into One Stop convenience store, in Nevill Road, and demanded money from the tills.
A quantity of cash was stolen.
The suspect is described as a white man of slim build, wearing a full face black motorcycle helmet with a dark visor, a black knitted Christmas jumper, black jeans, black leather gloves and white Adidas trainers with blue stripes.
He was carrying a silver handgun with a black grip, measuring approximately 8" in length, which he pointed at the cashier when demanding the money.
The suspect left the store approximately a minute after he entered, and was seen walking diagonally north towards Nevill Way.
The incident is being linked to an armed robbery which took place in Portland Road, Hove, on 31 January.
