STAFF were threatened with a knife as two masked men made off with £5,500 from a betting shop.
The men entered Ladbrokes in Langley Shopping Centre, Eastbourne, on Tuesday night.
One of them carrying a knife threatened a member of staff and demanded money from the safe.
They handed over the money and the men fled.
The first man, carrying the knife, is described as a white man of slim build, about 5 ft 11 in, wearing a grey hoody covering his head, a dark coloured scarf around his face and gloves. He spoke with a fake London accent.
The second suspect is described as a man of slim build, about 6 ft 2 in, wearing a black hoody or jacket and dark coloured trousers.
Both are believed to be in their 20s.
