International women’s week 2016
BOTH Brighton Dome in Church Street, and Dukebox, at the Iron Duke in Waterloo Street, Hove, are marking International Women’s Day on Tuesday, March 8, with a week-long programme of theatre and spoken word.

12 Angry Women

SARA Clifford reimagines the classic courtroom drama 12 Angry Men in this rehearsed reading with a cast of the city’s top female theatremakers combining drama, poetry, prose, art and music.
Hair Peace

WHEN Brighton theatremaker Victoria Melody entered a series of beauty pageants for her last show Major Tom she was advised to get hair extensions. Now, using DNA technology, she is tracing the story of the women whose hair is now attached to her.
Katherine Ryan: Kathbum
