EAST Sussex Fire and Rescue Service wants people to tell them what its priorities should be.
It is planning a new risk management plan for when it covers emergencies and fires in Brighton and Hove and the rest of East Sussex. It wants to set out how it can best use resources to prevent emergencies and respond to them.
It also wants to know what members of the public think its commitments should be.
Phil Howson, chairman of East Sussex Fire Authority, said: "East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service is transforming and this is an important step in establishing our plans for the future. We want to hear from as many people as possible. We are becoming more dependent on funding from business rates and council tax payers as central government grants are being reduced. It is only right that you have a chance to tell us what you think about our purpose and priorities."
