CUTTING-edge designs by architecture students have been put on display.

First-year students from the University of Brighton have combined design, technology and modern techniques of fabrication for the show, which is being exhibiting until June 12 at Bexhill’s De La Warr Pavilion .

Senior lecturer Jeffrey Turko said: “The designs had to offer a secondary space in which to expand the De La Warr programme, and they had to be temporary and self-supporting while addressing the physical constraints of the site and its ever-changing environment.

"Their work showed an amazing amount of intelligence and talent, and it is a great honour to be able to showcase their designs at the iconic De La Warr.”
