TWO masked thieves broke into a supermarket and stole packets of cigarettes from a tobacco kiosk.
The burglary took place at the Sainsbury's supermarket in High Street, Littlehampton, Alarms were triggered shortly after 3am on Monday (May 23) and it is believed the thieves got in and out by forcing a fire exit that opens on to a side road at the back of a pub called The Crown.
Described as both wearing balaclavas, hooded black jackets. blue jeans, black shoes and gloves, they are then thought to have driven off in a dark-coloured saloon car, possibly a Ford Mondeo or Vauxhall Vectra, in the direction of Anchor Springs.
