HUNDREDS flocked to a shopping centre on Saturday to meet the man dubbed The Body Coach.

Joe Wicks has attracted a loyal - and at times frenzied - fanbase with the release of his debut book Lean in 15.

Published in December 2015, it went straight to the top of the charts and remained there for ten weeks.

He was at Churchill Square Shopping Centre at the weekend to sign copies of his new title Lean in 15: The Shape Plan.

The new book features 100 recipes and tips on how to get the perfect body.

Mark Buchanan-Smith, shopping centre director, said: “Joe has taken the world of cooking and fitness books by storm, so we knew this was going to be a popular event.

“It was wonderful to see so many fans taking the opportunity to meet him, have their photographs taken and to get copies of his books signed.

"If the number of selfies taken is reflected in book sales, I’m sure Joe has another best seller on his hands.”

Joe said: “I'm absolutely buzzing to release book two. I really think I've stepped it up a level on the recipe front and truly believe this book is going to get the nation lean”.

Lean in 15: The Shape Plan is out now.
