Patrick Doran has been jailed for four and half years
A MAN who bit off the lip of another man in a late night fight has been jailed.
Patrick Doran, 25, unemployed, of West Chiltington Lane, Billingshurst, held his victim's head in both hands while biting his bottom lip.
He was part of a fight between two groups near the junction of New Steine and Marine Parade, Brighton, at around 12.15am on Sunday, August 30.
His 45-year-old victim needed surgery to repair his lip.
Doran was jailed for four-and-a-half years on July 8 at Chichester Crown Court, after pleading guilty to GBH with intent.
