Darren Pattenden, 49, a builder, who lives off the A275 in South Chailey, was arrested in Mill Lane, South Chailey, on 10 June and charged with driving with 90mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

At Brighton Magistrates' Court on 14 July he was disqualified from driving for 48 months. He was also ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, and pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Jason Murray, 27, a builder, of Lower Faircox, Henfield, was arrested in High Street, Henfield, on 17 June, and charged with driving with 55mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system, possession of MDMA and driving with no insurance.

He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 19 July and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, and pay a £85 fine and a £85 victim surcharge.

David Stalder, 51, unemployed, of Bilsham Road, Yapton, was arrested in Oldlands Way, Bognor Regis, on 20 June and charged with driving with 84mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

At Worthing Magistrates' Court on 12 July he was disqualified from driving for 21 months. He was also ordered to pay a £120 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Francesco Bellafonte, 43, a chef, of Claremont Way, Midhurst, was arrested in School Lane, Midhurst, on 21 June and charged with driving with 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 12 July and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £35 victim surcharge.

Shane Glen, 36, a security worker, of London Road, Dartford, Kent, was arrested on the M23 at Crawley on 22 June, and charged with driving with 55mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and driving with no insurance. He was also charged with failing to surrender to custody after he failed to appear at court.

He pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on 12 July and was sentenced to four weeks in prison. He was also disqualified from driving for 40 months, and ordered to pay a £115 fine.

Marie Lovett, 38, a cleaner, of Fitzalan Road, Littlehampton, was arrested in King Street, Arundel, on 22 June and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

She pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 14 July and was disqualified from driving for 16 months. She was also ordered to pay a £150 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Richard Smyth, 53, a painter, of Heene Road, Worthing, was arrested in Providence Terrace, Worthing, on 22 June and charged with driving with 70mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 14 July and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also ordered to pay a £250 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Marie Wedge, 51, an assembler, of Canada Road, Arundel, was arrested in Crossbush Lane, Arundel, on 23 June and charged with driving with 60mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in her system.

She pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 14 July and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. She was also ordered to pay a £300 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Samuel Henderson, 72, a teacher, of Silver Street, Bristol, was arrested in Church Walk, Worthing, on 23 June and charged with driving with 42mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 14 July and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a £600 fine, £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Linda Oulsnam, 67, a hotel receptionist, of Marina, St Leonards, was arrested in Clarence Road, St Leonards, on 24 June and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

She pleaded guilty at Hastings Magistrates' Court on 13 July and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. She was also ordered to pay a £300 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Matthew Baker, 42, an insurance clerk, of Parsons Close, St Leonards, was arrested in St Helens Road, Hastings, on 25 June and charged with driving with 76mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Hastings Magistrates' Court on 13 July and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also ordered to pay a £300 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Shawgi Hana, 56, unemployed, of Poynings Drive, Hove, was arrested in Amberley Drive, Hove, on 25 June and charged with driving with 47mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 18 July and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also ordered to pay a £120 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Michael Mandy, 66, an engineer, of Cove Road, Rustington, was arrested on the A259 at Bognor Regis on 26 June and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

Mitchell Hand, 23, a publican, of St Floras Road, Littlehampton, was arrested on the A284 at Arundel on 26 June and charged with driving with 46mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

Tibor Kovacs, 36, a warehouseman, of Goffs Park Road, Crawley, was arrested in Woodfield Road, Crawley, on 26 June, and charged with driving with 58mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and driving with no insurance.

He pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on 12 July and was disqualified from driving for 15 months. He was also ordered to pay a £370 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Marianne Whittington, 47, unemployed, of Frederick Street, Luton, Bedfordshire, was arrested in The Broadway, Lancing, on 27 June and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis while in charge of a motor vehicle.

She pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 19 July and received 10 penalty points on her licence. She was also ordered to pay a £80 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

William Orpin, 82, retired, of Steyne Road, Seaford, was arrested in Albany Road, Seaford, on 29 June and charged with driving with 50mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 14 July and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a £185 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Donald Ndebele, 67, a scientist, of Hartington Road, Brighton, was arrested in May Road, Brighton, on 30 June and charged with driving with 57mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 14 July and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a £835 fine.

Godfrey Marshall, 54, a warehouseman, of The Hydneye, Eastbourne, was arrested in Seaside Road, Eastbourne, on 1 July, and charged with driving with 72mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and failing to stop after a road traffic collision.

Peter Bambuch, 46, a cleaner, of Woodland Vale Road, St Leonards, was arrested in Tower Road, St Leonards, on 3 July, and charged with driving with 77mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and driving with no insurance.

He pleaded guilty at Hastings Magistrates' Court on 20 July and was disqualified from driving for 19 months. He was also ordered to pay a £190 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Claire Cutland, 45, a company director, of East Way, Lewes, was arrested in Malling Hill, Lewes, on 4 July and charged with driving with 83mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in her system.

She pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 18 July and was disqualified from driving for 20 months. She was also ordered to pay a £220 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
