4X4 towing a digger flips over on A27 near Shoreham
A 4x4 vehicle towing a trailer with a mini digger on it rolled over on a busy main road this afternoon.
The accident happened just before 4.15pm on the A27 in Shoreham. It blocked the carriageway eastbound, with traffic being diverted off the road.
Police said it was believed there were only minor injuries.
The fire service said no one was trapped.
Two crews, from Shoreham and Worthing, were sent and made the roadway and vehicle safe.
