POLICE have issued a new photograph of a murderer who is on the run.
The Argus revealed on Monday that Mark Ryder, 46, had gone missing.
The Brighton man, who murdered love rival Stuart McCue in Whitehawk in 1993, had been released on licence in June.
He had been living in a bail hostel in Greater Manchester, but was not there when police went to check over the weekend.
Hertfordshire Police are leading national appeals to find Ryder, with an all ports alert issued and forces across the country helping publicise the appeal.
Any member of the public who sees him is advised not to approach him but to call 999.
Ryder has previously escaped from jail twice.
The former market trader was jailed for 15 years for murder in 1993.
