FOUR photography graduates have joined forces for a photography exhibition.

The MA photography graduates from the University of Brighton showcased their work at Gallery 40 in Brighton as part of the Brighton Photo Fringe.

Lie of the Land is an exhibition focuses on how past affects our present experience and how we read the landscape.

The four photographers include Annalaura Palma, James Dobson, Rachel Maloney and Noora Pelkonen.

Annalaura said: "We all studied together on the MA, it was a great opportunity for us to engage with and be surrounded by the work of our peers; this kind of regular sharing of ideas is something not often possible outside of the university environment.

"It was while we were studying together that the four of us discovered that we share similar interests and ideas, and we thought this was a great opportunity to make an exhibition together."

Lie of the Land can be seen at Gallery 40 in Gloucester Road, Brighton from 11am to 6pm. Then to celebrate the last showing there will be a late-night event and refreshments from 7pm to 9.30pm tomorrow.
