A CRASH between a lorry and a car caused delays on a busy commuter route.
The A280 at Long Furlong was blocked by a two car collision around 5.40am on Monday morning (January 23).
The road was closed for about an hour while emergency services dealt with the incident.
The drivers of both vehicles are believed to have sustained minor injuries.
Northbound closures were lifted at 6.45am and the road was fully open again just after 7am.
Adur & Worthing Police said on Twitter: "It is frosty and very foggy. "A driver not driving to the conditions led to this collision on Long Furlong this morning."
