THE Civil Aviation Authority has agreed to accept all safety recommendation made after the Shoreham Airshow disaster.
The industry regulator initially rejected nine out of 21 points of advice proposed by the Air Accident Investigations Branch (AAIB) in the wake of the crash, The Argus revealed in November.
But today the CAA published two documents confirming it had now accepted the rest of the suggestions to change regulations for pilots and airshows and would be putting measures in place.
A spokesman said: "We have accepted all of these [recommendations]. More than half have been completed, some are longer term work, but the aim is to have as many in place as possible before the start of the airshow season."
