BRIGHTON and Hove mayor Pete West will be cycling around the UN-designated Biosphere boundary to raise money for the 27 local charities he supports.
The 50-mile ride on Sunday, April 23 starts at Hove Lawns and goes along the seafront cycle path and the undercliff before taking in some beautiful Sussex countryside.
Riders will go through Lewes, Ditchling, Hurstpierpoint and Shoreham before returning to Hove.
Cllr West said: “I’m known as the cycling mayor and this will be a great way to encourage more people to get on their bikes for great causes. I’m really excited to be involved in this event.”
Riders can choose whether to support all of the mayoral charities or they can choose one of their choice.
All details are on eventbrite.
