A FIRE investigation is to be launched after a blaze at a property near Lewes.

East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service sent six appliances from Lewes, Barcombe, Brighton, Newhaven, Uckfield and Heathfield to Upper Stoneham, near Lewes, at 10.25am this morning.

Sussex Police officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service paramedics are also in attendance.
