UPDATE: Connor has been found safe nearby.
A teenager with an injured hand has gone missing.
Connor Johnson, 19, from Billingshurst has not been since he left home in Coombe Hill at 10.50am today.
He had injured his hand on a broken photo frame and was bleeding as he left.
Police are growing concerned for the missing teenager.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman said: "We are concerned for Connor as it is out of character, and we are concerned for his welfare."
Connor is described as white, 5' 11", slim with short dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing Converse trainers, black skinny jeans, a dark grey v-neck t-shirt with buttons and a light grey hoody.
He is also believed to have a skateboard with him.
Anyone who sees Connor or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 quoting serial 0408 of 23/02. If he is in danger or needs medical attention dial 999.
