Two men have been arrested after laptops and a jukebox were stolen from a home on Valentine's Day.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the burglary in Mitten Road, Bexhill, which happened between 1.30am and 2.30am on Tuesday 14 February.
The offenders broke into the house and stole laptops, the occupant's handbag containing a mobile phone and credit cards, two TVs, a Bluetooth speaker, a jukebox and other small items. These items would have taken a lot of effort to move.
The jukebox, the mirror and one of the TVs were recovered at an Bexhill address during police enquiries.
Detective Constable Julian Stokes said; "Have you been offered items like the remaining ones the Bexhill area since then? If you have or if you have any other information, please contact us via 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 161 of 14/02, report online to https://sussex.police.uk/contact-us/response-to-appeal/ or call 101."
A 42-year old Robertsbridge man and a 41-year old Bexhill man have been arrested on suspicion of burglary. After being interviewed they were released on police bail until 11 March while enquiries continue.
