Around a dozen caravans have parked up at a Brighton bingo hall.
Vans arrived at the Gala Bingo car park in Freshfield Way this morning.
One of the travellers told The Argus: "We come from the leisure centre up the road and we'll be moving off tonight."
However two young boys then swore at Argus staff asking we delete our pictures taken from public property.
The car park bears several large signs saying that non-members will be charged £95 to park in the car park.
One neighbouring business told The Argus said: "People think it's unfair because parking is so difficult and expesive and it seems to be one rule for us and another for them.
"Whilst you want to say live and let live unless they cause a problem, there have already been people urinating behind the bins."
The bingo halls doors were locked but staff said they were still open to the public.
