"The Argus is committed to being at the centre of the communities and I would urge those looking for employment and employers to join us on what I am sure will be a successful day."

There are a huge number of exhibitors that will be present at the event.

These include companies like Health Education England NHS, Veolia, National Careers Service, Parker Steel, Appliance Serve, West Sussex Health Trust, Mears Care, HSBC, The Army, the Royal Air Force, City College, Assurity Consulting, Barrington James, Crunch, Southdown Housing Association and more.

Janet Casserley, HR Manager at Southdown Housing, said: "Finding skilled care staff is tough.

"Many people are unaware of the wide range of rewarding roles within adult care and the positive impact they have on the lives of others.

"Sometimes people have outdated ideas around care worker roles being ‘low skilled’. We have worked hard to make sure working in care is an attractive job – and career.

"We believe in doing the very best we can for vulnerable and disabled people. Their health, happiness and well being really matter to us.

"If you share that belief and want to make a difference to the lives of people with learning and physical disabilities please visit our stand and join our team."
