FOUR people have been charged in connection with the murder of a 21-year-old man.
Sam Caulfield, of Mayfield, was killed by a single stab in the stomach at a house in Spencers Road, Crawley, at around 3am on June 18.
Two Crawley 21-year-olds – John Mitchell, of Mowbray Drive, and Macauley Lawless, of Ifield Road – have been charged with his murder and remanded in custody to appear in court on Monday.
They are also accused of perverting the course of justice alongside sales assistant Leah Delgado, 23, of Ifield Road, and Jessica Roberts, 25, of Spencers Road.
The women, both of Crawley, were released on bail to appear in court on April 19 and May 3.
Mr Caulfield’s family remembered the young father as a “loving, loyal” man.
