A LIBRARY has closed for the foreseeable future.
Hangleton Library has closed due to a major electrical fault and council officials remain unsure when the building will be reopen.
The library in West Way, Hove, was first closed on Tuesday because of the fault but officials were hopeful of a quick solution.
However, the problem has now been found to be more severe.
It is expected to remain closed for the rest of the week with all libraries in the city closing for the majority of Easter.
Libraries will close on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, including to Libraries Extra members who are allowed to enter certain libraries outside normal opening hours.
