INTREPID explorers will take part in a woodland walk in a secret location tonight as part of Brighton Festival.
For The Birds is created by artist Jony Easterby and features sound and light installations along a 2km trails somewhere on the edge of Brighton – the exact venue is not revealed until you arrive.
The event runs every night until May 28, except Mondays and Tuesdays.
The title of the trail hints at Easterby’s motivation – to alert people to the wonders of the avian world and nature in general. Artificial bird tweets can be heard through sound portals around the trail.
Easterby told The Argus that he wanted to “reiterate that the beauty we have around us is worth saving”.
