POLICE have confirmed they are not treating the death of an 11-year-old girl as suspicious.
Peacehaven Community School pupil Georgia Newnham was found dead in her bed at her home on Monday morning.
Sussex Police said they were called to Georgia’s house after reports of her death but said they are not treating the death suspiciously.
The case has been referred to the East Sussex coroner’s office.
In yesterday’s Argus her brother Bradlee Lewendon paid tribute to his sister, saying she had beautiful blue eyes and was always smiling.
He said: “I don’t know how or what to feel at the moment... in true disbelief and shock. I really don’t wish this on anyone, knowing I’ll never be able to hug my princess ever again.”
