Man injured in assault
A MAN was left with severe cuts and bruises following an attack.
The incident happened at the junction of Sedlescombe Road South and St Matthew’s Gardens, in St Leonards.
The 48-year-old victim was taken to Conquest Hospital in St Leonards for treatment.
A 46-year-old man and a 50-year-old man, both from St Leonards, were arrested and bailed in connection with the incident, which happened shortly before midnight on Sunday.
