THESE pictures show how a well-known pub has been transformed by a couple who moved to Brighton to realise their dream of running their own bar.
Last month The Argus reported how Ben and Heather Pistor had taken over The West Hill Tavern in Buckingham Place after moving from London.
After a £50,000 refurbishment it has a blend of old and new furniture, silent movies projected on to the walls and BBC Radio 4 will play in the toilets.
They offer slow-cooked British meats – influenced by the current barbecue trend – complemented by a simple dessert offering.
