Albion ace Anthony Knockaert is in the running for another award - with two possible future team-mates.

The French winger has been shortlisted for the Championship PFA Fans' Player of the Season.

Knockaert is joined by Huddersfield midfielder Aaron Mooy and Bristol City striker Tammy Abraham - both potential signings for the Seagulls.

He also faces competition from Leeds United marksman Chris Wood, Newcastle striker Dwight Gayle and veteran Reading forward Yann Kermorgant.

Albion hitman Glenn Murray is missing from the list, despite scoring 23 goals.

Knockaert contributed 15 goals and eight assists to Albion's promotion to the Premier League. He has already been named both the Championship and the club's player of the season.

The shortlist was compiled by a panel of experts, including Sky Sports pundits Paul Merson and Peter Beagrie, match officials manager Mike Riley and Football Supporters' Federation chairman Malcolm Clarke.

Voting is open now on the Sky Sports website until 7pm and the winner will be announced tomorrow at 10am.
