RAG ’n’ BONE Man is expecting his first child with his long-term girlfriend.

The Uckfield-born singer, whose real name is Rory Graham, will reportedly welcome his first-born in September.

Rory, who achieved global fame with his hit song Human last year, is said to be “over the moon” at the news.

He has been with girlfriend Beth Rouy for eight years and the couple say they are “definitely ready to settle down now”.

This will be the icing on the cake for the 32-year-old, who has scooped plenty of accolades for his work on Human, including two Brit awards for Best British Breakthrough Act and Critics’ Choice.

After all that success, Rory is reported as saying about the baby: “This means far more to me than selling any records.”

The singer recently appeared at the Great Escape festival in Brighton and he will be headlining at Wildlife Festival at Shoreham Airport later this month.

These are among 53 festivals included in his diary across the summer.

Apparently the tattooed star is aiming to “get all of his summer shows out of the way” in time for the birth.

Rory’s fledgling music career began taking shape in 2012 with the help of Beth.

She had such faith in his ability she would send videos and demos of his recordings to promoters in the hope that he would make the big time.

The dream started turning into a reality when he appeared on stage at the Brighton Dome in front of 2,000 people as the support for Joan Armatrading.

Speaking to The Argus in 2012, Rory said: “I didn’t know anything about it but I’m pretty glad she [Beth] did send them in.

“I made some of my early recordings while sitting on the toilet and it turned out that she sent those in as well.

“They seemed to like it though.”

Speaking more recently, he spoke of the love he holds for his home town.

In an Argus interview earlier this year, he said: “I lived in London for a few years but I liked Sussex too much. I can’t live without a pint of Harvey’s.”
