FIREFIGHTERS were called out to deal with a burning bus last night.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called at 6.30pm with reports of a blue single-decker bus that was on fire on the A24 at Southwater between Horhsam and Partridge Green.
Three fire crews were sent to deal with the blaze that left half of the vehicle destroyed.
The fire was soon determined to be an accidental ignition by the fire service and the last crew left the scene at around 8.30pm.
No injuries were reported at the scene.
