Circus Parade, Brighton
A MAN has been charged following an alleged racially aggravated assault.
Lavyslav Guzsela, 30, unemployed, of no fixed address, is accused of the racially aggravated assault by beating a 45-year-old man from Hove.
It relates to an incident which took place in Circus Parade, Brighton, at around 7.30am on Monday, July 17.
The victim sustained cuts and bruises.
Guzsela has been remanded on bail until he appears before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Friday August 18.
