A MAN lifted up a woman’s skirt and touched her bottom while she was walking along a road with her baby.
Police have released a description of the offender after two women were sexually assaulted on the same day in Mackie Avenue and Ladies Mile Road, Patcham, in Brighton.
One woman was approached at 9am on Thursday, July 29, and the second at 11.45am. The man came up behind both of them and lifted their skirts. He exposed and touched the bottom of one of the women, who was pushing her two-year-old daughter in a buggy at the time.
Afterwards he ran off, got into a small silver hatchback car – possibly a Renault Clio – and drove away.
Detective Sergeant Cheryl Lewendon said he is described as white, with dark hair as well as facial hair and was wearing “scruffy” clothes.
Anyone who recognises the man or has any information should call police on 101 quoting police 356 of 29/07.
