A FESTIVAL of cheese, cheese-making, and beers and wines to pair with cheese will cause mouths to water and nostrils to flare this weekend.
CheeseFest will wheel into Brighton for the first time today, starting at 10am in Victoria Gardens.
Event organisers promise, “some of the cheesiest cheeses in the world with melted racelette, cheese wheels, gooey mozarella sticks and a whole host of cheesetastic tastes from the UK’s best cheese traders”.
There will also be classes on cheese appreciation and wine and beer pairings.
Discounted tickets have sold out but standard tickets are still available for £5 from cheesefestuk.com/brighton.
