A MAN will go on trial accused of blasting a shotgun at his neighbour’s house in a quiet country village.
Marcus Hudson, 41, of Oaklands, Ardingly, appeared at Brighton Crown Court yesterday accused of three firearms offences.
Unemployed Hudson is accused of using the shotgun to cause his neighbour Lindsey Dobson to fear unlawful violence.
He is also charged with having the shotgun and ammunition in a public place, namely Oaklands in Ardingly.
He is also charged with causing criminal damage to Mr Dobson’s property.
All the offences are alleged to have taken place on July 17.
Hudson pleaded not guilty to all three charges.
He was remanded in custody to return to Brighton Crown Court on December 11.
