A PUBLIC consultation into options for a congested A-road will open today.

Highways England has opened its consultation exercise over the long-awaited Arundel Bypass project.

David Cooper, chairman of the OneArundel Group which campaigns for a dual carriageway near Arundel, said: “It is very important that the pro-bypass views of the majority of the residents of Arundel and the surrounding areas are heard loud and clear.”
