A WOMAN has been left with a broken leg and dislocated knee after being hit by a bus on a busy shopping street.
The cyclist was struck by a bus in North Street, Brighton at around 12.40pm today.
Her left leg was badly broken according to Sussex Police and her knee was dislocated during the collision.
Part of the road was temporarily closed but has now reopened to traffic.
She was taken to hospital by road ambulance shortly after she was hit.
