Man trampled by cow in Devil's Dyke
A MAN had to be airlifted to hospital after being trampled by a cow.
The incident happened in a field at Devil's Dyke yesterday morning, and he suffered head injuries.
He was flown to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton shortly after 9am, an air ambulance spokesman said.
The spokesman added that it was an accidental injury.
Paramedics and members of the Hazard Area Response Team were also in attendance.
