FORMER Albion defender Sebastian Pocognoli was banned from driving for a year after failing to turn up for court.
The Belgian international was caught speeding in his Mercedes near his luxury Brighton Marina flat earlier this year.
Pocognoli, 30, failed to provide driver details to police.
Last week, magistrates in Crawley banned Pocognoli from driving in the UK for 12 months and fined him £660.
