Nursery fire: man arrested on suspicion of arson
A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of arson following a blaze which gutted a nursery.
Firefighters and police were called to the CBabiesafe nursery in Palmeira Avenue, Hove, on Saturday.
Surrounding roads were closed to traffic and nearby properties evacuated as emergency services dealt with the scene.
The arrested man, a 54-year-old from Brighton, has been released under investigation.
Anyone with information is asked to call Sussex Police on 101, quoting 1295 or 30/09.
