A BANNED driver was caught behind the wheel.
Matthew Skinner, 26, of Rose Walk, Newhaven, was caught on the A259 in Felpham, despite being disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
The car he was driving was also uninsured.
Skinner admitted the offences at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Monday and was disqualified for a further 36 months.
He was also give a curfew banning him from leaving home between 9pm and 9am each night and told he must complete 15 hours of unpaid work.
He was also ordered to pay £170 costs.
