POP star Lily Allen has become embroiled in a Twitter spat with Chris Eubank Jnr after he posted a video of his father telling off two ring girls.

In the clip, Eubank Snr tells two girls to get out of the camera shot as his son was giving a post-fight interview following his win over Avni Yildirim in Stuttgart at the weekend.

The post tweeted on Monday, which has since received more than 19,000 likes and 5,000 retweets, was spotted by Allen, who took offence to the way the boxer’s father shooed the women away from the camera.

Eubank Jnr posted the clip along with the words: “To all ring girls. Do not photobomb me as my dad has a very particular set of skills. He will look for you, he will find you and he will pie you.”

Chris Eubank Snr also posted his son’s tweet on his Twitter page.

Allen picked up the tweet on Tuesday morning and replied: “They are doing their job. Your dad went bankrupt and gave you to a stranger in Vegas, the only photobomber here is him. #respectwomen.”

The Smile singer was referring to when Eubank Jnr moved to Las Vegas in 2006 and was formally adopted, along with his younger brother Sebastian, by divorcee Irene Hutton.

Their father and mother Karron have always said they allowed the pair to be adopted to allow them access to dual citizenship, as well furthering their sporting careers.

Eubank Jnr shot back at the jibe tweeting: “It’s called banter Lily. You’re well known for abusing drugs and alcohol so maybe focus on respecting yourself first before worrying about others.”

Ms Allen defended her sobriety and called Eubank Snr misogynistic.

She replied: “It’s called misogyny. Are you saying people with addiction and mental health issues issues have no self respect ? #BIGMANTALK.”

The pop star’s past problems with addiction have been well documented and she has previously stated she is not ashamed of taking drugs.

In an interview with GQ magazine in 2009 she said: “I’ve taken drugs. I found them and find them fun and I don’t think I’m a bad person because of it.”

At last year’s Notting Hill Carnival she was seen slumped behind a DJ set after an afternoon of heavy drinking at the annual street festival.
