A NIGHT-TIME street attack left a man with a swollen jaw, fat lip, and cuts to his nose and around his eyes.

The 31-year-old victim was walking in North Street, Brighton, as he made his way home after a night out.

Nothing was stolen during the incident, which happened between 12.15am and 12.30am on Sunday.

Two 14-year old boys, one from Hove and one from Brighton, and a 13-year-old boy from Hove, were arrested by Sussex Police on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm.

After being interviewed they were released under investigation.
